Planning an advertising enquiry with Care Provider Insider

What to include in an advertising enquiry, how creative sizes work and what happens before a campaign can be confirmed.

Our media kit sets out the advertising placements being prepared for Care Provider Insider, including the classic 728 × 90 leaderboard.

What to include

Tell us about your organisation, the message you want to share, your preferred dates and the placement you are interested in. The enquiry form includes a choice of creative sizes so you can explain what artwork you have available.

Desktop and mobile placements can need different artwork. A 728-pixel banner should not be squeezed into a narrow reading column or phone screen. Suitable mobile artwork and any responsive arrangement need to be agreed as part of a campaign.

An enquiry is the first step

Submitting the form does not reserve dates, confirm a price or activate a campaign. Availability, package terms, creative approval and payment arrangements must be confirmed separately.

Paid campaign delivery, audience measurement and online payments are not connected yet. We will offer audience or performance figures only when their sources and limitations can be explained. We are not offering guaranteed reach or results.

Clear labels and useful context

Paid placements will be identified as advertisements or sponsorship. Current house notices on the site point to the media kit and are not billable advertiser impressions.

Use the advertising enquiry form to begin a discussion about a suitable placement.
